Scenario Simplifies Construction of Medical Manufacturing Facilities
New medical treatments and technologies benefit millions of people all around the world, helping them live longer, healthier and more productive lives. Demand for medical technology is rapidly growing in the Asia Pacific region, driving the requirement for more medical manufacturing facilities.
A global engineering company was recently engaged to design and build two large medical manufacturing facilities in the region, specifically Singapore and Wuxi, China.
Aptiv8, a specialised integrated IT Solutions business and Scenario reseller was involved in implementing the PMIS systems for the projects.
“The main contractor chose Scenario for the PMIS of both projects,” said Sam Tay, CEO, Aptiv8. “They compared our system with other competitors and found that Scenario was clearly the best choice in relation to its upload latency efficiency, functionality and user experience,” he added.
Scenario connects all project stakeholders through one, online system and also digitises workflows and registers documents. It makes it possible to collaborate, intelligently analyse and predictably gain insights – therefore, reducing project risks.
The Singapore and Wuxi medical manufacturing facilities are scheduled for completion in late 2021 and 2022 respectively.
