Scenario Awarded the PIMS Contract for HSITP Development
The HSITP is a visionary initiative to cultivate innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth of the innovation & technology (I&T) industry in the region. The Park is set to be a leading centre and community for scientific research, connecting top professionals from Mainland China and across the globe. It will enable the industry stakeholders access to a rich talent pool, robust supply chain capabilities, and convenient market opportunities in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
Spanning 87 hectares, the park will feature cutting-edge research and development facilities, advanced manufacturing buildings, and a comprehensive ecosystem designed to support the innovation and technology (I&T) sector.
Our PIMS solution will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of this development, and facilitate information exchange between the project owners, consultants and contractors. The key capabilities of Scenario allow the project team to manage project information and documents effectively and enhance collaboration among the diverse teams from the design through the construction phase. Scenario offers a centralised platform that enhances project management and communication among various stakeholders, thereby mitigating risks of human errors and reducing the likelihood of cost and time overruns.
